A wonderful thing about the iPhone is that it’s functionality can be upgraded through firmware updates and app installations. A not so wonderful thing is the number of missing features its users are still waiting for. This includes flash support, copy and paste, push notifications, and so on. Engadget has made a poll seeking an answer to the question, other than copy and paste, what feature would you most like to see included in iPhone 3.0? Check her out, vote, and feel like you’re making a difference (even though you’re probably not).
Poll: What do you want most from iPhone 3.0 besides copy and paste?.

This news is a day late, but Resident Evil 5 has been released for both the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. I’ve personally picked up this title and am pleased to report that I am loving it. I have to admit that initially, after trying the demo, I was less than enthused with the controls, but thankfully after playing the title a bit more, am no longer griping. The game is very fun, even if not as intuitive as Resident Evil 4 was for its time. If you’d like more information on the title, give IGN’s review a read. I think they pretty much share my opinion of the game.

Wow. Two IGN related posts in a row? Well yes. Although I am not a HUGE fan of IGN (what is with them having like three reviews for each game, one to each region?), I really liked this post, which if you missed E3 this year, will come in handy. It basically goes over the best of the best at the show for each category. Dig in!

That’s right, I thought I’d feed the hype by pasting in the little spore widget from my spore page. Have a look at my cute little creature friends, and be sure to join in on the fun yourselves. I highly recommend this game (at least the currently available creature creator portion of the game) to anyone. It’s user friendly, and most importantly fun!

Similar to my previous post about the NAS comparison review from Engadget, we have a Media Center Extender ‘shootout’ as well. If you’re not entirely sure what a Media Center Extender is, this is a device that hooks up to your TV as an extension of your PC’s Media Center. To further clarify, this would provide a way to stream video, pictures, music, etc., from your PC to your TV. If you would like my opinion, although lacking native wireless, the Xbox 360 has fantastic streaming abilities, similar to those of a super hero. This puppy has extremely easy setup, great codec support (yes, DivX people!), and did I mention that it’s the best next gen console on the market (this is solely based on my always correct opinion). With similar pricing to the other Extenders reviewed, you can’t really miss.

This has always been a bit of a grey area for me, likely because I am not yet level 70, however if you would like a good guide on how to become more familiar with the arena, check out the Arena For Dummies guide at the following link.

Interested in seeing what the Collector’s Edition of Wrath of the Lich King might look like? Look no further than the following link. I have to agree with this post’s author, it does look pretty authentic. A little note: I am running out of Wrath of the Lich King images to use for this stupid site! End of note.
