Today as I drove to work on a particular gloomy and overcast day (my personal favorite), I was lucky enough to see a funeral in progress. I know this probably makes me sound sick, but it made me smile. Someone died, and all of these people gathered to honor the deceased and their life. There were wonderful flower decors and everyone was dressed in black. It was just as I wish my very own funeral to be in the (hopefully not too distant) future. Funerals in general seem to get a lot of flack for being a sad thing. In all honesty, I am happy for the person no longer with us. They are in a far better place than here.
On a lighter note, I was recently asked, “Why did you choose ‘The Sparkling Wiggles’ as your website’s name?” If you do not know the answer, there are two possible reasons. One: you aren’t into the latest and greatest internet fad, or Two: you are not entertained by such low brow humor as I and my close friends are. In order to avoid a problem with those reading this site, I am not really going to say any more than to Google the name. You should be able to find the inspiration of it. In closing on this comment, nothing contained in the video you are bound to find (hint hint) indicates my feelings on its subject matter. Let’s just say I would love a child with a speech impediment (another hint).
I am feeling particularly random and scattered today, so what else can I fill your minds with? I have fallen in love with a man! *gasps and hushes fill the room* His name, is The Angry Video Game Nerd. Children; be sure to avoid this (or tell your parents that you are avoiding it and check out this link once they are gone for a while), because here you will find only the most fouth mouthed and entertaining video game reviews around, and if you choose to view this content (which you should not do as you are a child and unable to think without adult supervision), you will surely be more prone to violence and all other forms of hate and malice. This material is dangerous, and will inevitably be blamed for a mass slaying of some kind in the near future.I think one of the most entertaining aspects of his reviews is that they are only for older games and platforms. While watching you may feel a little reminiscent of the olden days when our gaming expectations were lower than what they currently are. My personal favorite review is of the multiple Bible games through the NES and SNES era. I personally remember some of these, and they are just awful. Anyways, if you get some time, check him out. You may not regret it.
